Individual Chapters is a collective of experienced directors who have not only held roles within local authorities but also have personal lived experiences of domestic abuse, violence, rape, human trafficking, hate crimes, and anti-social behaviour. This unique combination of professional expertise and personal understanding enables us to provide a holistic approach to supporting victims and survivors.

Our mission is to build inclusive communities, free from violence and discrimination, where survivors find strength, LGBTQIA+ individuals thrive, and empathy bridges gaps. OUR SERVICES

Comprehensive Support:

Our organisation offers a wide range of services, including advocacy support, signposting, and peer assistance for LGBTQIA+ individuals. Community Engagement:

We provide training for organisations working within communities, focusing on enhancing their understanding of LGBTQIA+ issues. By promoting education and awareness, we strive to create a more accepting and inclusive society for everyone.

Individual Chapters offer a secure and non-institutional environment for authorities, organisations, and individuals seeking to support victims and survivors. Our hot desk facilities provide a space where collaboration and assistance can thrive without the constraints of a formal setting.

Sioux Watkins

Sioux has over 25 years of experience in a diverse range of local Authority and private sector roles. Specialising in areas of youth justice, domestic violence, child protection, safeguarding homelessness and early intervention with children and families. She is a creative and innovative public service leader, with a reputation for provoking and inspiring change.

With a history of project coordination and LGBTQIA+ community work, Riven runs our Understanding LGBTQIA+ Workshop, developing professional and personal connections in understanding one another.

With a skill for website development and diversity coordination, Riven cultivates the CIC's future, helping to empower and enrich individual lives.

Data Protection Officer

John Smith

John's role involves overseeing the CIC's compliance with data protection regulations, such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). He ensures that the CIC handles personal data in a lawful, transparent, and secure manner, working closely with our staff to implement data protection policies and procedures.
